“Delivering the sustainable development goals in a changing climate”

CEEweb has organised an international conference together with its partners: EEB, HAND, NSC – FoE Hungary, Climate Alliance Hungary and the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary within the framework of the European Year for Development.

Slovakia, Bratislava – 2015, October

“Responsible Production and Use of Metallic Raw Material”

The Slovak Centre for Communication and Development organised an international conference to promote knowledge sharing and address the challenges posed by mining to sustainable development with special focus on metallic and rare raw materials and foster dialogue on EU trade strategy for raw materials and sustainable supply from global markets. Impacts of mining projects in Kyrgyzstan and El Salvador where presented as well as the European conflict mineral regulations.
